Neighbourhood Alert is a neighbourhood alerting service for Missing and Found Pets.

Project Summary:
Neighbourhood Alert has two main reasons for applying for the Pepsi Refresh Grant.
1. We would like to add to our current broadcasting capabilities by building a mobile phone application that will put all alerts into the cell phones of all our members across Canada!
Alerts will be issued geographically which means that members will only receive alerts that are local to them. Our mobile application will also allow persons to issue an alert through their phone!
2. We would like to market our free services to all persons across Canada and reach 100,000 Members!
