Vire-Vert wants to establish the first green hotel in Canada, the first LEED, green-managed hotel and a laboratory that will allow students across our region to practice their specializations. All of the money generated by the hotel will be used to finance projects to revitalize our neighbourhoods, reduce poverty and improve the environment. It's Robin Hood: we create a 4-star hotel to generate revenues from the wealthy in order to improve the quality of life and the environment ($500,000 to $1 million annually). All rooms will be decorated by different artists and artisans from our region and will become sales platforms for them. Vote for this development project that will help us put Trois-Rivières and its artists on the map.

How will the $25K be used?

Budget Notes: The 12-month project does not cover building renovations; only the plan assessment phase and the estimate, along with the implementation and organization of the practice laboratory for students.
