Overview
The socio-cultural complex is a project of many vocations and involves a number of young participants. The project aims to give the great city of Chandler and the MRC Rocher-Percé community (and also the surrounding municipalities) a place where young and not-so-young people can gather and enjoy a lively venue that meets the needs expressed by youths and adults alike. Open to the world, it will offer distinctive products and services that aren't currently available in our community. First and foremost, the project is a commitment; it reflects the wishes of the population, partners and organizations to contribute to a real improvement of the lives, health and well-being of the youths and adults in Chandler and the MRC.
