Overview
The purpose of the Charlevoix mobile clinic project for health prevention and promotion is to go to where people live in order to offer them health prevention and promotion services.
Specific objectives:
1. Perform health care activities within the context of the prevention program
2. Promote a healthy lifestyle
3. Inform people about various high-risk situations
4. Support people as they take charge of their own health
5. Evaluate people's ability to take care of themselves as they return home
Project costs pertain to the purchase of various pieces of equipment: sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, cholesterol monitor, etc.
