Overview

My project involves sending me to the Great Canadian North to Nunavut, the Yukon or the Northwest Territories in order to establish one or more minor hockey associations and a league, as there are leagues with only two teams. In addition, living in this part of Canada seems rather difficult, as people stay between 6 months and a year. Furthermore, the school drop-out rate is high. My project will therefore help to reduce the drop-out rates by alternating between sports and school. I will improve physical condition, volunteer and so much more, and share an activity that fosters a sense of pride in living in this region because it is the vastest, least populated region. A few tournaments could be organized, for example, in Quebec. Put simply, I want to share my passion: our national sport.
