- Invite 300 handicapped youths to a Christmas party.
Overview
Next November, we will invite 300 handicapped youths to a large hotel in Montreal for a memorable Christmas celebration. There will be dinner, a show and gifts for everyone.
Schedule for the day;
9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M: The guests will arrive and be seated at their respective tables.
10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. The children will play with balloons, and there will be clowns.
11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Lunch will be served.
1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. There will be a show.
3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Santa Claus will arrive with gifts and there will be draws.
4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Time for photographs and departure of the guests.
