Organizing a Retro Festival with Artists like Michel Louvain… Les loisirs St-Paul

We would like to organize a retro festival and invite artists such as Michel Louvain, Michèle Richard, and others. As we are located far from any large urban center, we would appreciate the opportunity to have well-known artists come to our corner of the country. Our goal is to give our residents the chance to see performances by famous artists at a reasonable price. We welcome any help to support the launch of a festival that could be repeated every year.
