Goals

  • Press conference in March, 2011

Overview

To support emerging artists and prepare a permanent show for the city of Montréal and the province of Québec. Chic Choc Montréal's test evenings are all filmed and will be used in the production of a documentary on the major dependencies of the early 21st century. The next step is the organization of a press conference and a "teaser" dinner-cocktail to promote and sell the show to corporate clients for November and December 2011. We will then be able to create a TV advertising to sell tickets for 2012; A percentage of the permanent show proceeds from ticket sales will be allocated to the production of the documentary. We want to  extend our support to other artistics works, in Montréal and throughout Québec, and to achieve this goal, Chic Choc Montréal has to become permanent.

Community Benefit

The "Chic Choc, Les Soirées de Montréal" project combines art performances to the promotion of the Montréal and Québec cultural scenes... and a documentary for the community aimed at the prevention of the major dependencies of the early 21st century. A percentage of the permanent show proceeds from ticket sales will be allocated to the production of the documentary. Each step will be filmed in a way that stresses the importance of having life goals/objectives and that enables team work. The show's creation is meant to be a stepping stone for emerging artists. The emerging artists will be partnered with professional actors. Chic Choc, Les Soirées de Montréal. The name says it all. The stylishness of an elegant and glamorous evening, the culture chock and theaudacity. Promotion of the cultural scene and support to the next generation of artists.
