Project Summary

Tales and Tunes for Toonies
(TT4T) will present in Hammerson Hall of the Mississauga Living Arts Centre, professional classical musicians and actors telling a story with music and narrative supported by staging and special lighting effects for a very low admission cost of $2. TT4T will provide accessible programming for elementary students, teachers and families, inspiring young performers and audiences for the next generation in a community of many new Canadians. 

Deliverables
-5 performances for 5000 students,teachers, families and support staff
-14 performers will visit 30 schools prior to each performance
-marketing throughout Peel, and many other regions of central and southern Ontario
-Rogers Cable TV support for promotion
-curriculum guide with lesson plans and support materials for teachers and parents
-empolyment for 14 seasoned professional musicians and actors

How will the $10K be used?

Budget Notes: Expenses not covered yet: lighting design and video projections 10,000 Tech costs for staging show 6,000
$ 10,000 special effects and lighting design
