Goals

  • Lower carbon footprint and save people money

Overview

I plan to engineer and prototype a series of electrical generators that run off of waste water, both industrial an residential. Water from washing machines, showers, bath tubs, kitchen sinks and dishwashers all have energy that can be used to turn small turbines and generate power that could be fed back into the house's power system. This water is currently a wasted resource that should be put to a practical use.

Community Benefit

Lower Carbon Footprints, lower electrical bills, a better understanding of conservation.

How will the $25K be used?

$ 10,000 engineer and prototype
$ 10,000 patent and initial run
$ 5,000 seeking out companies to put this in use
