Over the past two and a half years, our not-for-profit has developed and maintained 3 successful, community-oriented web sites in Western Canada dedicated to spreading a positive message about arts and culture to the residents of their cities. VancouverIsAwesome.com, KelownaIsAwesome. and CalgaryIsAwesome.com have all become staples in their communities, with teams of positive, pro-bono writers working on editorial while partnering with local organizations and businesses.

The end goal is to boost civic pride in each city by providing a single place where its residents can read only the good news about things happening around them. A reprieve from the constant stream of bad news and cynicism we are exposed to, the sites have been called everything from a breath of fresh air to a vitally important new component of the media.

We own the URLs for each major city across Canada but we have limited resources to develop them. We aim to develop TorontoIsAwesome.com as our next major project.
